Privacy Policy
South Florida Mold Help is operated by Loadr Solutions LLC, doing business as Broke and Fixed Home Solutions. This policy explains what we collect when you use this site, ask us for a call or receive a home visit, who receives it, and how to stop contact or ask us to delete your information. Last updated: October 5, 2026.
The short version
When you ask for help, we use your name, phone number, location and what you told us about the problem to schedule a visit to your home, to help you arrange an independent mold assessment and, if you buy remediation from us, to carry it out through a licensed remediator working on our behalf. We share your details only with those professionals and with the companies that help us run the site. The sections below explain how it works and how to stop it.
Information we collect
- What you tell us on the request form: the situation, the city or ZIP code and, if you choose to answer, the type of property and your role, whether water is still coming in, the approximate size of the area and whether an insurance claim is open, denied or planned.
- Your contact details: name, phone number, preferred contact method (call, text or WhatsApp) and language.
- Your consent record: the exact consent wording you were shown, its version and language, and the date and time you agreed. We keep it so that we can show what you agreed to and when.
- Technical data: the page you sent the request from, and a one-way coded (hashed) version of your internet address, used only to limit spam. We do not store your internet address itself or your browser details, and we delete the coded version after 30 days.
- If you call or message us: your phone number, the time of the call or message and what you tell us.
- During a home visit: the property address, notes about the affected area and photos you allow us to take.
- If you buy remediation from us: the written agreement, any assessment results you share with us, invoices and payment records.
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and to see which pages are read. It places cookies in your browser and sends Google the pages you view, your approximate location and your type of device and browser. It does not receive what you write in our forms.
This site also uses Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use our pages: where they click, how far they scroll and how they move through a page, which Clarity can replay as a recording of the visit. It places cookies in your browser and sends Microsoft that activity, your approximate location and your type of device and browser. What you write in our forms is hidden before it is sent.
This site does not use advertising cookies.
How we use it
- To review your request, schedule the home visit and arrange the next steps.
- To contact you about your request, by the method you chose.
- To share your details with the licensed professionals described below, and to carry out and bill any remediation you buy from us.
- To keep consent and opt-out records and to honor them.
- To protect the site and the form from spam and abuse, and to comply with the law.
We do not use your information to market unrelated products or services.
Who receives your information
The independent mold assessor. When you ask us to help arrange a mold assessment, we share your name, phone number, address, preferred contact method, language and visit notes and photos with an independent mold assessor licensed in Florida, so that they can contact you and schedule it. We tell you the assessor's name before we share your details. The assessor is a separate business; once they receive your details, their own privacy practices apply.
The remediator who works on our behalf. If you buy remediation from us, we share your details and the assessment results with the mold remediator licensed in Florida who performs the work on our behalf. They may use your details only for your project.
How we are paid: you pay us for remediation you buy from us, and we pay the remediator who performs it. You pay the independent assessor directly. We do not receive payment from the assessor, and the assessor does not receive payment from us. You are not charged for the request or the home visit.
Companies that help us run the site and the business: Cloudflare (website hosting, the request database and the spam check on the form) and Telegram (private alerts that tell our staff a new request has arrived; they include your name, phone number, contact method, language, situation and location, but not your consent record). Twilio (our phone line and text messages). We do not take payments on this site. They may use the information only to provide those services to us.
When the law requires it, or when needed to protect the rights and safety of people or of this site.
We do not share your information with anyone else.
Calls, texts and WhatsApp
We, and the professionals we arrange, contact you only about your request and your project, by the method you chose. These are not marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply.
To stop contact at any time, reply STOP to any text, tell the person you are speaking with, or write to us at [email protected]. We record your request and stop contacting you right away, and we ask the professionals who received your details to stop as well.
How long we keep it
We keep request records for up to 24 months and then delete them. If you buy remediation from us, we keep the agreement, invoices and payment records for as long as tax and contract law require. The coded internet address is deleted after 30 days. Staff alerts stay in our private chat until our staff delete them. We keep opt-out records for as long as needed to keep honoring them.
Your choices
Wherever you live, you may ask us what information we hold about you and who received it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] from, or mentioning, the phone number you used, so that we can find your request. We respond within 45 days.
Two limits: we cannot delete the copy held by a professional who already received your details, because they are an independent business, but we will tell you who received them so that you can contact them directly. We also keep the minimum record needed to honor an opt-out.
Security
Only the staff who handle requests can see them, the request inbox requires a sign-in, and information travels over encrypted connections. No method of storing or sending information is completely secure.
Children
This site is meant for adults who are arranging help for a property, not for anyone under 18. If we learn that a person under 18 sent us a request, we delete it.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. When we change the consent wording on the form, earlier consent records keep the wording that was shown at the time.
