Accessibility

We want people to be able to use this site to read mold information and understand their options, including when using a keyboard or assistive technology.

How we work on access

We use page landmarks, a skip link, clear headings, labeled controls and visible keyboard focus. We aim for readable language, strong contrast and layouts that adapt to different screen sizes.

Accessibility is ongoing. Some pages or combinations of devices and assistive technology may still present barriers, and we continue to review and improve the site.

Tell us what did not work

If a page or control is difficult to use, write to us at [email protected] with the page address and a brief description of the barrier. Please do not include private or sensitive information.

We build pages toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, and review them with automated checks and keyboard testing. Accessibility work is ongoing and some barriers may remain. Last reviewed: September 2026.
