Tell us what is happening. A member of our team visits your home at no cost to you for a visual walkthrough, answers your questions and explains the process.
When mold is suspected, we recommend a mold assessment by an independent mold assessor licensed in Florida, whom you hire and pay directly. What is sampled and analyzed is the assessor's decision. We help you schedule it; you hire and pay the assessor directly, so the test stays independent of the removal.
If the assessor's results call for remediation, we sell it under a written agreement with you. A mold remediator licensed in Florida performs the work on our behalf, following the assessor's recommendations.
